Est. Time: 50+ hrs.
Supplies used: Acrylics, watercolours, markers, pens, pencils, very large 80 lb paper, and a gaggle of 6th Graders.
For the Middle School production of the 'King and I' I was put to the task of designing and creating the stage. About a billion people from the club that got together to make the stage abandoned the club, and most the time it was just me, my social studies teacher, and maybe one or two 6th graders. Needless to say, I worked my butt off after school, and ended up just letting the gaggle of 6th graders do the middle part. I drew like....4 lines and then let them go at the background.
All by my lonesome I completed the dragon and the tiger. Some girl did some of the line weight totally out of wack on the dragons leg, but, meh. This is not an excuse but all things that are sloppy or odd looking are most likely not done by me. In a mad rush to get the scenery done we employed random children to just walk into the cafeteria and work like dogs.
New deals posted everyday, starting Black Friday and running through the holiday season! No hassles, no lines - just awesome savings on art, deviantWEAR, Premium Memberships and more!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
